With the growing need for Mindfulness and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) education, we have crafted a program immersed in the serene nature at the foothills of Himalayas. Students will practice yoga and meditation to help with their social-emotional regulations. In addition, they will learn how to practice SEL skills in a culturally diverse environment.
This program is focused to build on student’s SEL skills, attention, resilience, and overall wellbeing. This is an essential program preparing students to stay calm and healthy, in the fast-paced, ever-changing dynamic world.
